Our staff consists of highly trained professional nurses and aides.

                       

 Registered Nurses (RNs)

Our RN’s are trained to teach patients and their families how to manage their illness or injury.
They take pride in supervising tasks performed by CNA’s, NA’s, and PCA’s.

 Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA’s)

CNA’s & NA's are very professional and have been trained to handle the daily challenges of home care.

Personal Care Assistants (PCA's)  

PCA’s supports clients to live more independent lives in the comfort of their own homes.

v  Dependable-you can count on them to be in place on time to carry out the tasks that must be performed for each client.

v  Very respectful-they are patient enough to handle any situation and respect that they are coming into the client’s home.

 v  Honest and Trustworthy-We only employ personal care assistants after they have been fully screened and a background
  check has been administered.                                                   

v  Willingness to learn-all of our Aides attends special training's to stay in compliance with  state regulations.                    
   
v  Able to follow directions-our Aides always follow the guidelines that are set in place by our organization.                      

v  Good listeners-they are very in tune to the needs of our clients.                                                                                      

v  Flexible-our Aides are flexible and willing to assist the needs of each client.
